With all the activities during this season, life can become very hectic. Therefore, I want to encourage you to slow down and take time to reflect on the reason we celebrate Advent and Christmas. Advent reminds us of the hope we have in Jesus. Jesus tells us in the Bible that He will return someday in final victory. It is a reminder of our eternal hope in and through Jesus. Then, Christmas reminds us of the greatest gift ever given. We remember that Jesus entered the world humbly and ultimately laid down his life for us. Thanks be to God, He rose from the dead on the third day. Jesus is the greatest gift ever given. This Advent and Christmas season remember to share Jesus with the world. He is our hope and salvation!
